Whistler Wines are located in the undulating hills of the Barossa Valley along the famous Heysen Trail with the first vines planted in 1994. Present plantings comprise five hectares of Shiraz, two hectares of Semillon, two hectares of Merlot, one hectare of Cabernet Sauvignon, one hectare of Riesling & one & a half hectares of both Mourvedre & Grenache. Careful vineyard management, such as dry grown vines for the Reserve Shiraz, and hand pruning, leads to excellent quality wines year after year.

The Key Report – Tony Keys
“… What a wine. Strong blast of white pepper on the nose, huge amount of ripe fruit at the beginning – time will tone it down, incredibly impressive wine…”
